CALL IN- Advanced Wireless, Inc. (AWI) offers call in support for customers who do not have a prepaid support contract. This option provides customers an option to purchase telephone technical support without having purchased a prepaid support plan. This option is billed in 15-minute increments with a 30-minute minimum. Consumption time includes time the AWI System Engineer is on the phone, dialed into the customers system, or receiving an issue via AWI’s Internet Technical Support Forum. Additionally, time is consumed while the AWI Engineer is researching your issue.
This plan provide 20 hours of call in support. Additional time can be purchased by a signed purchase order or a valid credit card. Call in support is available M-F, 8 am to 5 pm.
